Repairs to firefighters' protective and operational clothing are
to be carried out only by the manufacturer or by authorized dealers and sewing stores.
We are happy to offer you our in-house repair service, where highly trained staff will take care of your defective clothing and make it fit for use again.
Simply send us the defective clothing in washed condition. Please empty all bags so that nothing can get lost either. Our in-house specialists will assess the condition of the clothing and check the possibility of repair. If a repair is technically feasible, you will receive a cost estimate. After approval, the repair will be started immediately and you will receive your repaired clothing back as soon as possible.
